Shipping Policy 1/1/2023

Over the past few years, shipping costs have continued to increase at a very fast rate. UPS has an annual cost increase of 5%. This year, that increase is 7%. We have done our best to shield our customers from these increases, but there is a limit to cost-cutting opportunities.

In order to avoid raising prices, beginning in January Dupage will be changing its freight policy:

Orders under $150 will pay exact shipping costs.
Orders over $150 will be charged a $1.50 shipping fee for orders shipped via Ground
There will be no shipping fee for orders shipped via LTL pallets.
