Shipping & Return Policy 1/1/2023

Over the past few years, shipping costs have continued to increase at a very fast rate. UPS has an annual cost increase of 5%. This year, that increase is 7%. We have done our best to shield our customers from these increases, but there is a limit to cost-cutting opportunities.

In order to avoid raising prices, beginning in January Dupage will be changing its freight policy:

Orders under $150 will pay exact shipping costs.
Orders over $150 will be charged a $1.50 shipping fee for orders shipped via Ground
There will be no shipping fee for orders shipped via LTL pallets.

Returns must be authorized, and an RMA must be attached to the return. Items returned must be unused and able to be re-sold. Any items that meet this standard are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
